9/2/09 TMZ live: Michael JOE Jackson

On TMZ today, live online, Q/A session. They saved this for last:
"Someone wrote in about 4,000 times w/ this question. Do you guys at TMZ know that Michael's Jackson's middle name is JOE?"

The answer, the guy looks straight into the camera: "Yes, we do."


I was in the MJHD forum at the time. Apparently the MODs over there wrote in.

Are you serious? Have TMZ ever refered to MJ as Michael Joseph Jackson? I can't remember.

I just finished reading that over at MJHD. Unfortunately, I'm one of those who believe that the Joe vs. Joseph middle name doesn't make one darn bit of (legal) difference.

If the discrepancy makes the situation easier if/when Michael returns, however, then so be it. Yay and both thumbs up!

(And why can't TMZ start their darn live Q&A sessions on time? I always get there too early, too late, or right after they answer all of the good stuff.)
