Michael Jackson Doc Sues

Dr. Arnold Klein has sued Dr. Steven Hoefflin in the Michael Jackson prescription drug saga -- sued him for defamation of character.




According to the suit, Dr. Klein claims Dr. Hoefflin told The Sun in the minutes following Jackson's death, "[Dr. Conrad] Murray definitely called Klein because Klein taught him how to administer Propofol ... Murray would have counted on Klein to be the source of Propofol and guide him on its use."

Klein claims Hoefflin's conduct was "willful, fraudulent, malicious,
oppressive and reckless" and was done "with the intent to injure and harm Dr. Klein."


This made me think of Annie's theory

So we've gone from "our sources tell us" to "according to the suit". Oh really? How about showing us a copy of the suit you're referencing TMZ??!!

IMO more smoke and mirrors to distract us. BTW, has Murray been tracked down yet? Maybe we should put TMZ on his tail! With their sources, we should be able to locate him in no time!

thank u so much 4 the link Lol I think my mind is forgetting to think properly - I don't know what is correct and what isn't sometimes- I even contradict what I said a second earlier at times concerning the death hoax. I had one day I was very down somewhere in July....
and then on monday....I was almost devastated....just sooooooooo disappointed
by the TTI trailer. Most of my hopes were crashed down..

I know that I cannot base all hoax theories on tweets....but some are really helpful....
and the TNZ Site cheered me up yesterday...
Sometimes I'm also waving...but the members here help me to cheer up...
we're a big family and encouraging each other...
I think that is also one of MJ's messages and we live and operate like he wants us to do

July had to be the worst month that I had to go through bcoz from the day the memorial service was held, I couldn't function properly but at the same time couldn't accept that he was really gone bcoz of the way the Jacksons' peculiar behaviour..then I found MJHD and here where I found comfort knowing that I was not going out of my mind for believing he's still alive, and as u have mentioned, I love it here and I feel grateful for the loving and caring fans that I got to meet
