| Well he must have a really long arm then because look at the distance from his hair to where the arrow is pointing to his arm.
I see the hair, but can't make out the arm.
I do wonder though, if he was already dead when they got to the hospital, what would be the point of wheeling him in sitting up in the stretcher like that? Makes no sense.

| I'm not sure I see it either. But I don't think they would wheel him in sitting up if he is supposed to be dead. How stupid would that be. |
