Long post...sorry, deep topic! No offense to anyone as Totalitarian governments are a part of our global history and is not just applicable to Hitler...I believe MJ used dramatic Hitler imagery to evoke us to 'stop and look and question' our own curent political climate and how Totalitarianism is currently impacting global politics....example, see MJ's 'They don't care about us'...

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Totalitarianism_From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Totalitarianism (or totalitarian rule) is a political system where the state recognizes no limits to its authority
and strives to regulate every aspect of public and private life wherever feasible.[2] Totalitarianism is generally
characterized by the coincidence of authoritarianism (i.e., where ordinary citizens have no significant share in
state decision-making) and ideology (i.e., a pervasive scheme of values promulgated by institutional means to direct
the most significant aspects of public and private life)[3].
Totalitarian regimes or movements maintain themselves in political power by means of an official all-embracing
ideology and propaganda disseminated through the state-controlled mass media, a single party that controls the
state, personality cults, control over the economy, regulation and restriction of free discussion and criticism, the
use of mass surveillance, and widespread use of state terrorism. (Eg, 'swine flu')

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Examples of Totalitarianism In popular culture

According to Soviet writer Fazil Iskander,[27]
“ Under the totalitarian regime, it was as if you were forced to live in the same room with an insanely violent man.

—Fazil Iskander

George Orwell's books Nineteen Eighty-Four and Animal Farm are famous for their depiction of a totalitarian society,
as is their lesser-known predecessor, We by Yevgeny Zamyatin.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Mass surveillance_From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Mass surveillance is the pervasive surveillance of an entire population, or a substantial fraction thereof.
Modern governments today commonly perform mass surveillance of their citizens, explaining that they believe that it
is necessary to protect them from dangerous groups such as terrorists, criminals, or political subversives and to
maintain social control.
Mass surveillance has been widely criticized on several grounds such as violations of privacy rights, illegality,
and for preventing political and social freedoms, which some fear will ultimately lead to a totalitarian state where
political dissent is crushed by COINTELPRO-like programs. Such a state may also be referred to as an Electronic
Police State.-this is critical info, see below Bills 773 and 778

Armbands signifigance

In book, 'Mein Kempf', Hitler discussed colors for his flag and armbands...he decided to use black, white and red....red
background, white disc in middle and black swastika...symbollism was red=social movement, white=nationalist movement,
swastika=Aryan ideal....the white disc is like a sun disc (aka Illuminati symbol).....straight arm slute thought to
be inspired by Mussolini......

Yes, MJ ware armbands to 'remember the children' yets evokes analogy to Hitler's armband...and the reminder to be poltically aware....=fight the good fight.

HIStory tour-image of MJ on stage standing infront of army tank

'MJ tank image' was a direct reference in real history, China 1989....Lone student standing in front of army tank in protest
Tiananmen Square protests of 1989....one person changed the history of a nation while the whole world looked on....televised...amazing ( google for more).
The Tiananmen Square massacre ais one of one of the most famous pics in the world is lone Chinese student standing in front of an army tank by way of protest...MJ's use of this image is inspiration to us suggesting that 'one voice' can make a difference...be that voice! ... for the people, by the people...NOT a totaliarian government.....

MJ imagery applied to modern Politics

All MJ fans know that MJ was brilliant....and very well read. His lyrics refer to love and on a different level, larger social issues .....MJ's message about not 'taking things at face value' meant not just tabloids but... to life/politics in general.

MJ's message alluded to importance of educating yourself...don't let people tell you what to say/think....what is social norm' to you? Should 'social norm' be decided by one person (a Hitler or an Obama?) or should 'social norm' be decided by the
peoples?

This is no joke and our governments today are making many decisions that impact our lives and 'how' we will live
them... swine flu, Illuminati influencing political leaders...Senate Bills 773 and 778 ,currently before Senate for vote, introduced
by Rockefeller (Illuminati, New World Order inflences).

These Bills are BAD...as the would grat TOTALITARIAN power to US government over the use of the internet. Microsoft has about 93.72% saturation of
GLOBAL market for internet so if Bills 773 and 778 get passed, then US government will control 93.72% of the WORLD's
internet...all this is happening under the 'guise' of protecting citizens from cyberterrorism, so how 'smooth
criminal', New World Order is that for you???? Yikes! Fight for your rights! See below for more on Bills 773 and 778.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

FYI, if you want more on Senate Bills 773 and 778 (google for more)

David Rockefeller IV, the NWO spin doctor and modern version of the Gestapo, was the architect of these two Bills,
S.773 and S778 respectively, (URL

Premise of Bill S.773 states that ..." A bill to ensure the continued free flow of commerce within the United States
and with its global trading partners through secure cyber communications, to provide for the continued development
and exploitation of the Internet and intranet communications for such purposes, to provide for the development of a

Scary stuff people...and it is happening right now!

Ditto what you said! I am so glad other people see things I see and pay attention. Much of the History album I feel was just that-stop and think. He was not involved politically like some (Bono,Sheryl crow,Springsteen) and I thank God he was not.So many times some of my fav artist cut me off when they do that. He was smarter though and adressed issues without siding with a person to do it. They Don't Care About Us adressed social slavery and injustice imposed by the government. It has always amazed me that there was such media propelled controversy over the one line (that was again taken out of context from ALL the other lines of the song). The prison video was banned so he had to make another one-I never understood it-that was not a violent video in comparison to some other videos of the time-it was incomaparable on any level.

Michael thought Hitler was a genius? - Page 2 Empty Re: Michael thought Hitler was a genius?

Post by BillieJean Sun Sep 27, 2009 8:19 am

When he said Hitler was a "genius orator", I would think he meant that Hitler had an amazing knack for communication. He's not praising his theories or actions. Just his ability to move people to action.

I completely agree with him. Hitler had the ability to inspire people to do horrendous things to each other that common sense and normal morality would never allow. He was able to do this through his oratory skills.

Saying Hitler was a genius orator is completely a true statement. He was a horrible human being, one of the worst ever, but no one can say the guy didn't know how to give an effective speech. And I think this is all Michael Jackson was saying.

If there's one thing we know about Michael Jackson, he loves children. Think about how many children were tortured, and beaten and gassed to death in the concentration camps...no one can honestly think Michael Jackson thought that was "genius". That's just absurd.

I dont think Michael was fascinated by Hitler and IF he was do you think he would announce it in public? What are you doing on this site if you are slandering his name? I know everyone is entitled to their opinion but as you say no-one knew the man and I completely agree with you on that one but with his acts of charity and you could see he had such love for children then I think we have a pretty good idea of the sort of person he was. My mother always said that anyone who doesn't love children is not worth bothering with. And it was a crappy paper that twisted his statement-as someone pointed out he did in fact say that Hitler "was a genius orater" He was merely pointing out that if you are convinging enough in speech you can pretty much brainwash people into your way of thinking etc and this is dangerous, he wanted a nice world so why would he think this? Of course he didn't condorn what Hitler did. What celebrity with even one brain cell would make a statement like this even if it were true? You are talking MJ here-not Johnny Rotten! I do know he had a certain image to put out but we do have a pretty good idea of his values etc-we have sussed out LaToya and Jermaine havn't we?
I dont buy this "we are all sinners" stuff either as some sin a lot more than others. Could you put Mother Thereasa in the same catogory as say the Yorkshire Ripper or Idi Amin? because maybe she had an unkind thought or accidently stood on an insect and killed it? I do not think so. I think by saying MJ was fascinated by Hitler will upset many people and I am surprised you can say such a thing on a site like this-surely there are such sites who would welcome remarks like this and fortunately this is not one of them. Please think before you write about someone in this manner who is clearly loved and never hurt a soul in his life-he suffered by false accusations and people being hurtful.
