I see that both are pointing at something, but the bodyguard with the first Mj is holding a phone up to his ear at the time, and the other one doesn't. Also the second MJ is holding something in his other hand while pointing, whereas the first MJ doesn't have anything in his hands.

the bodyguard is holding a phone because the image is cut and edited.
It's very obvious. watch closely. Their positions changes from one frame to another very fast. There is only one bodyguard in the
picture.

Remember DiLeo's interview? He mentioned Brother Michael, who worked for MJ, not as a bodyguard, but some other position.

About the 'Brother Michael' reference from Back. Not sure if it means anything but I stumbled across this pic by complete fluke...seems MJ referred to himself as 'Brother Michael' BACK - screenshots - Page 7 Icon_biggrin

If you read through the "new testament" you will find that words like
"apostle" were never used to address someone, But instead they were
called "brother _" . As a form of courtesy anyone who is called upon to
comment at a meeting will be called on as "brother Jones" or whatever,
but really you are not a brother or sister until you are baptized.
