Ever Had Contact With Paranormal Beings?

This is probably a silly question but I am watching "The Tyra Show" and she's doing a Halloween themed show about paranormal beings and a guest on her show was talking about how she often hears the voice of a little girl in her house and she fell asleep with her television on late at night and when she woke up she felt around her bed for her remote, and the little girl was next to her bed holding the remote out to her and asked "Is this what you're looking for?" Now, if I hadn't had two of my own encounters with "ghosts" or whatever you wanna call them, I probably wouldn't have believed this lady but because I've had this experience before, I got goosebumps while she told the story. I will tell you my experience quickly and if you have ever had anything happen to you, share yours!

One night I was sleeping and in the middle of the night, I turned over like I do all the time (I switch sleeping positions all night). I saw a figure laying in my bed next to me. I thought it was my then-pregnant cousin, Shadea. I was wondering why she had gotten in my bed when she had a perfectly good one of her own. I said her name and as soon as I did, this figure turned around as if it was facing me. However, it didn't have a face. It was just...a thing. I can't explain. It got on top of me and practically smothered me! For about 15 seconds- I couldn't breath I tried to scream I tried to move my body I could only hear my own muffled screams. It was frightening. A lot of ppl didn't believe me. They tried to tell me I was just dreaming but I know when I'm awake and I was definitely awake during that moment. I told my mother about it and she had told me a similar thing happened to her in the same house before I was even born! And then 5 months later-to the day-the same thing happened to me but with a smaller "being". This time it was the size of a toddler and it was just jumping on my chest. My mother had told me if you pray while it's happening, the thing will get deterred and go away. I prayed silently and it went away. I know I sound crazy but this really happened to me!

Wow, that is so freaky!

I totally believe in ghosts. I saw one when I lived in my old house about 15 years ago. It was the ghost of a little girl and I only ever saw it in the hallway. No-one else saw it and as I was only about 8/9 at the time, everyone assumed I was making it up but I swear it was real. I never spoke to it or anything and I only ever saw it for a few seconds and then it just dissapeared.

I don't believe in God, but if saying a prayer works for you then try it if it ever happens again. I have also heard that you are supposed to ask a ghost what they want, acknowledge it and then ask it to leave.
