Take a sneak peek into Michael's personal diary

To quit showbusiness at the height of one's powers is no easy thing. And so when I made my Very Special Unique Exclusive Announcement at the O2 Arena the other day, it meant so much to me to be surrounded by the love of my supporters. You know, it's funny: I could only see about 25 people because of the dark glasses and the way the promoters had set up the lighting. But I'm told it was 40,000, and I believe it. Why wouldn't I? I have a trusting soul. And I believe that trust is a sign of God's work here on earth, like a child's simple smile of innocent wonder at the magical sight of a miraculous unicorn, or a tree.

When I say that these concerts - at the O2 Arena in London in summer 2009 - will be the last I ever play, I mean it: they will be the last concerts I ever play at the O2 Arena in London in summer 2009. If Barbra Streisand can say a painful goodbye and then vanish for ever, so can I.

Oh, I expect to be criticised; there are some very, very devilish people out there. They'll say it's a cynical attempt to pay my multimillion-dollar debts. They'll predict that I'll repeat the trick around the world, to squeeze cash from my dwindling core of pathologically enthusiastic fans. But these critics can't feel love; they can't dream; they've never known the joy of a harmless platonic sleepover. They want to divide us, but in the court of the King of Pop, all are welcome: all races, all ages, all creeds and all major credit cards.

Where did this come from? I laughed so hard..... He does not say he will never sing again only that they are his last performances in 02 in summer of 2009. He does not say he will not perform elsewere.

Michael was not at the height of his powers as he supposedly writes, the height of his powers was at the time of Thriller and around that time and he knew that, also I think it very unlikely he will write anything like this. I think a diary would have been removed by Janet when she went with a van. The security tapes went so a diary would not be left. There is a heck of a lot of fake information doing the rounds and there is no proof of the authenticity or source.

I read somewhere a year or so back, that Michael had grown tired of touring. Not only tired but absolutely did not want to tour anymore. I will try to find it. The reason being the different time zones in different countries, his inability to sleep, and his work ethic that whereby he found himself neglecting food and sometimes even water because he would just forget to partake of those essentials when he was so preoccupied and geared up to practice and perform. Plus he was in constant pain from I believe a back injury and his dancers' feet. He said in essence it would kill him. I will search for it.

This is just another example of the pile of shite the media publish, and then they expect us to soak it all up like a sponge and believe in it's entirety. Neutral

I only read a newspaper mainly out of boredom nowadays and take every story I read with a pinch of salt. If I'm concerned about something I come across, I investigate it thoroughly to get the full facts that are usually not published correctly instead of automatically thinking I've been told everything.

I am correct in thinking that this doesn't even sound like something he may write, especially in the way it's written? And yeah, it seems this mysterious impersonator probably got some tibits from pulling info. from interviews.
