Is MJ's last will a fake?

I dont know if its fake cause i dont know nothing about wills, does anyone know about them?

Is Michael's will a fake? Maybe. Maybe not. Just like everything else surrounding his "death."

However, for once, jewell and I are on the same page. If you've never worked in the American legal system, as I have for years (and apparently her, too), you might find the name discrepancies for Michael's two sons extremely suspicious.

Stuff like that happens, though, and fairly frequently, too. I noticed it the first time I saw the official documents way back whenever, and I don't read too much into it.

Unfortunately I didn't get to watch TMZ last night. When I came back on here somebody(i really can't remember who,sorry) mentioned that Harvey said that Michael signed his will in 2009. I think Rachel commented on that one.

you need to look at the comment in the thread, not only the will!!

I didn't hear/see that yesterday. Maybe Rachel can clarify when she notices this thread.

The will currently on file with the court was signed in Los Angeles on July 7, 2002.

I think if it is "discovered" that it is not the most recent, then it takes this will out of probate right? Then MJ wouldn't be in legal trouble if he was still alive? Didn't they say he updated it every 5 years...which would mean there would be a later one from 2007???

Yep, people did say he updated his will every 5 years. And the explanation offered for why there supposedly is no 2007 will is because there hadn't been any major changes in Michael's life to necessitate changing his previous will from 2002. It's assumed he changed the 2002 will to reflect the birth of Blanket.

I don't know. But about names (children) it's strange. I know Michael can make mistakes, but I'm not sure he can make mistakes about his children's names.
I never really believed the 2002 will...I don't know, since they released the will, I always thought it was made a long time ago (7 yrs) and his life changed alot after 2005 ( trials and all). It's why I think it was NOT his last will.

But it's my opinion, I can be totally wrong...

I can make mistakes in my life, like everybody, but one thing sure I'll NEVER make mistakes about my kids names on my will. They are MORE than my life...
Nothing is logic about MJ death so far .....

I've seen several versions of all three children's names, so I don't know which ones are correct. However, such things do happen on legal documents, and they're often not a big deal. It's simple enough to determine which child is which and that all three are Michael's children.

Yah thats true hes not the one that types them up so its not his fault

cant imagine Michael making mistakes when it comes to the names of his children....looks fake to me
I thought Jewell is someone who knows how law works but she is talking huge bs..IMO at least

He didn't typed the will I know, but I'm sure he READ before signing his will. It's something very important.

Could it be a fake only the doc we see/read? I mean, it's possible the real one filed on court won't be this one we read...

I heard once that another will appeared after the 2002 will...But I don't remeber where I read that...I think in a non-english newspaper...who took the news from an english tabloid!

But I'm sure I heared about that...I actually expected to see what was in the new will, but after that I no longer heared anything and I forget about it...

I'm working along the lines that the 2002 will is a fake but as far as I am aware, Prince's name is Michael Joseph Jackson Jr and Prince is a nickname given after Michael's Grandad but someone correct me if I am wrong!
