TRIBUTE 2009 - THIS COULD BE IT FOLKS!!!

Jermaine announced they will have a HUGE tribute to MJ in September in a CASTLE in Vienna!
They said HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of fans are expected... EVERY MAJOR STAR...SURPRISES...Something for the fans because they "have been waiting so long"...a special party favors!! Streamed on the internet and everywhere!

Larry King saying MJ was a "kidder"...

Jermaine said he didn't like the memorial...that is wasn't for the fans...

he said the website would be tribute2009 but it doesn't look live yet...

MAY be a huge thing?? I can't believe there isn't a thousand posts on this. The news wasn't the song, but this HUGE event in Vienna that will be broadcast around the world.

Yes! I think this is it. That interview was so wierd. I love watching Jermaine, but tonight he was just odder than usual. I also noticed when Larry said Michael was a kidder. Jermaine had said something about his track being erased and how he thought it could be Michael who did it!!!

Larry asked Jermaine about that and he said that they "couldn't get everything ready in time and that it wasn't the right time"...

I wonder when in September this will be...

Jermaine's not the only one who didn't like the memorial I am glad he spoke up and said that. I wonder how the rest of the family feels about the memorial, if they feel the same way as him.

Either way, I am still excited. But then again I have been hyper for a few days now, so that might have something to do with the excitement as well.

I just hope one of the surprises isn't a 3D hologram of him like one show did with Elvis...that was sort of creepy and a HUGE tease to "see" him on stage but it's not the real thing. UNLESS..the hologram magically turns into the real MJ...imagine the hologram...and then some smoke...and the REAL MJ is on stage!! Are you listening AEG!!

I can understand not wanting to bother with LA again. Would have been nice to host the event in the United States all the same, though.

and they didn't list one performer...except for the Jackson 5 sans MJ which should be renamed the Jokeson 5...

once again the attention *hore strikes. of course jermaine recieved the award on MJ's behalf, of course jermaine thought austria was the perfect place. it sounds like jermaine did it all by himself. lol

I've visited the site ( tribute 2009) and read about the way they're putting up the stage and so on and I don't think that was Jermaine's idea. It's really great how things are planned it seems really like MJ production . Don't you think? Or am I wandering too much?

The multimedia stage will be approximately 165 feet wide, it consists of massive mobile LED walls that can be independently controlled and moved. Therefore each LED wall can show its own video or image. The LED walls can be moved together to form a solid continual backdrop. A runway will allow presenters and artists to walk through the audience. The tip of the runway will be formed as a crown. There will be various stage levels for performing artists, the house band and the presenters. "
