Dr. Conrad Murray or should I say ACTOR Conrad Murray in 24 Hour Party People

Okay I've been doing some research on Conrad Murray but not the doctor but the actor, we all know he's in 24 Hour Party people but I actually found the whole movie online here is the link:

Let's not forget that 24 Hour Party People was made in 2002 exactly 7 years okay so maybe Murray gained some weight over those 7 years but you can clearly see it's him!

I'm shocked!

The thing is I believe that some may have been Michael in CGI like in the video and all but I really think that maybe Conrad Murray the actor was hired to play Dr. Conrad Murray.

i'm still not sure about this...i do agree they look similar in some ways. i guess any differences we see in the current murray could be due to age and/or cosmetic surgery....but i'm still undecided!

I'd say it's him. Nearly certain of it. He's aged and gained eight obviously, but looks like him.

Actually it's weird if you look at the current Murray pictures in the one picture his head is much smaller then the one in the office

I saw part from the movie 24 hour people starring dr. Murray, it's interesting that his foreign accent is not as strong as in the youtube video he posted. A funny coincidence is one character in the movie called Tony but his name is supposed to sound as Thone (See Thome Thome), as well..they talk about 2 guys called Thone (see again Thome Thome..). This has been discussed in other threads already. The african american gentleman pictured from 24 hour party people is NOT the actor, Conrad Murray. It is the actor, Lennie James. There are links to his bio and other photos of him that I posted in the other threads.

Why does it say on IMDB, wiki page and all other pages and in the end credits that it's Conrad Murray then?

All the photos I've seen in this thread that are supposed to be of the actor, Conrad Murray, are NOT the actor Conrad Murray. They are the actor, Lennie James, who was also in 24 Hour Party People.

It shows the name, Conrad Murray. It doesn't show a photo of him. There was someone named Conrad Murray in that movie, but the photos in question are of Lennie James. The only other Conrad Murray actor photos I've seen are of a young, white, British actor. I posted those somewhere here too.

IMDB shows that Conrad Murray(the one in 24 Hour Party People) is also in a movie called The Plague. Looks like he has tiny bit parts in both as his credits are towards the end of both lists, and he has no photo nor other info. Could he have been a stand in for Lennie?

Honestly, the two photos posted don't look like the same person to me. The capture she took from the movie, that looks like Dr. Murray, the official photoshoot one, doesn't. The second one is definitely Lennie. Look at the hairlines and sideburns, different people.

So we don't know, if the Conrad Murray from "The Plague" is the Conrad Murray from "24 hour party people".

I didn't mean the photos you posted. I meant the first photo that the original poster posted. The capture, looks like a different person than all the others, which I agree ARE Lennie. Look at the hairline, nose and sideburn area.
If he was just a stand in, he wouldn't really have an acting history bio or real photos.

Ah, nevermind. After taking a better look in photoshop, the odd hairline I was seeing in the capture turned out to be a shadow. My bad.

Anyone can edit Wiki pages. So mistakes happen. Wiki is not 100% fact all the time. Every page on the web that I looked at that mentions Conrad Murray of 24 Hour Party People, IF he is even listed, he is not listed as a main character.

I think we can all agree that there IS a Conrad Murray in 24 Hour Party People. The white British actor I posted a pic of is NOT necessarily him (and I hadn't said that it was); I simply pointed out that in all the searching I did for photos of the actor Conrad Murray, that guy's pic is the only one I could find. If the actor, Conrad Murray is a newcomer and/or bit player in movies, then there aren't going to be tons of pics of him yet on the web. That is true for ANY actor. But until we find an actual photo of the Conrad Murray actor who played in 24 Hour Party People, then we can't prove he is the same guy at MJ's house on June 25th.

So it just means we have more investigating to do. And I think we all need to accept that it's entirely possible that they are two completely DIFFERENT people. If you look up the name Conrad Murray on Google, you'll find that there are a lot of people, especially in the UK, with that name. So it could be anyone, and just sheer coincidence (because, coincidence does happen) that there is an actor named the same as our Dr. Conrad Murray.

Lennie James is pretty famous..He was Sol from Snatch!!! Love that movie. Anyway..He is NOT Conrad Murray. I wish we knew who that guy was. No disrespect to anyone but I am not really into this actor thing. Even if Dr. Conrad Murray is not a real doctor. There is no way they would be stupid enough to just take a actor and make him a doctor and prime suspect in the murder case of Michael Jackson.

Maybe they just use another name for that doctor? Maybe he is a doctor he has another name?

He was just photographed with his lawyer in L.A. last week. There is a thread here showing the photos.
