Can u tell its a part of the screen? Cuz i don't think so...the screen starts up further than he is...

OMG me and someone else were discussing this earlier but it's sadly not true

Here is a screen shot I took from "Scream" and you can see it's right before Janet starts singing and there is Michael, which is what was also shown at the VMAs.

I'm not trying to debunk of anything and when someone pointed it out to me earlier I was so giddy! I just think it was part of the video

I have not seen this before. There is definitely an image present in the live version that is absent in the video.
That is such a risky move on his part. I suppose that he did it with belief that all eyes would be focused on Janet and possibly overlook a minor detail such as his presence.

Security had to be tight at the event. I wonder how he snuck in. Maybe he just disguised himself as one of the dancers. All I can say is WOW! This hoax get scarier by the minute. Does anyone else know when the Jacksons or Janet are scheduled to perform on stage anywhere anytime soon? Who knows, maybe MJ will make another cameo appearance.

I'm watching it from the one you posted and it's at 1:10 and is for about 2-3 seconds but if you pause it you should be able to get the same picture as I did.

I don't believe it to be Michael. I was so happy when someone pointed it out to me earlier but I was brought back down to earth after watching the "Scream" video.

At the beginning of the "Scream" performance before Janet comes out there IS a shadow of something but I don't know what it is and it runs past very fast.

Oh and it's 6.476am in the UK and I haven't even been to bed I'm such a freak.........

Has anyone else noticed the number Michael has on his chest for parts of the footage on the big screen. It is when he's smashing everything up with the raquet. This number just keeps showing up. Maybe a coincedence maybe not.

Sophie, it's very difficult to be able to capture a screenshot of that exact moment because the scene moves very fast. It's only about a second long. I have tried (and failed) many times at this!

I think Human_nature's picture is as close as we are going to get I'm afraid. To me it doesn't make that much of a difference because I believe it was part of the video and not Michael at the VMAs.
