I believe Michael sings the following:

As many of Michael`s songs seem to have all kinds of clues etc in them,
I am starting to wonder if maybe he was having premonitions about the
future rather than actually formulating a hoax way back in 1987 when
this song was written.

He must have been thinking of this plan for a while.

I think he sings this part so fast you really cannot understand it. it could be both, but seriously that doesn't make any sense to me because he couldn't know about his dictors name, who allegedly killd him 12 years after the song came out...
but IMO the name of Murray really doesn't matter because Michael just needed someone to blame for his supposed death, in order to distract the attantion ofthe media and everyone from the true thing that Michael hoaxed his death and nothing makes any sense since 25th of june

OMG! He does say Dr. Murray in the moonwalker version. What does it all mean??
