OMG it was ok a few moments ago please go to mjhd its there i think its important he screws up he says about the day they were there taking ambo pics then says and other day realises his mistake pauses then goes on....it sounds like he was there for to ambo takes

But I saw it this afternoon, and he really said something like...Thank everyone (don't remember the names) for being there that day and the oth.... and then he stopt with the sentince and talk about thanking... As far as I can remember!

His slip of the tongue is implying the idea that they were with MJ on another day to take the photo, so they 'saw' him twice

This agency would hang around Michael every day since they wanted to be the one and only MJ picture agency.
So I do not put too much weight on him saying "the people that were hanging out there yesterday and the other day". They were there every day.

The agreement could be simply "a % provision in case of a good take" as would go in every photographer's contract for an agency. This is participation of the involved people after selling the pics to news agencies.
This is not getting my attention either.

But what struck me about Evenstad and Weiss is the fact that Weiss does have a paramedic licence and that Evenstad did take the picture from down Carolwood drive as a proof that Weiss did take the picture from the side window.

Weiss would know how to set up a picture of a person inside an ambulance so he could play an important role in a fake picture.
Evenstad took the "proof of a picture shooting" - for which reason would a reporter get away from the center of interest to set up a proof of "we made it" when the scene is about to be a "hurry, we are busy" scene? What for? Evenstad himself said that to him it was not news as such that Michael would go to a hospital as he had been with Michael many times when he had to go to hospital. So what made the difference now that Evenstad felt the need of a proof "WE shot it"?

For this I imagine they were in it and did it on order of Michael.

Even if he had been there for days trying to get a shot of Michael, why didn't he just say "that day and the other days" without getting all nervous. After all, it was just a "coincidence" that he was there at the exact time when MJ "went into cardiac arrest".

I mean do these papz just stand out there all day and everyday waiting for celebs to come out of their houses? Yeah, I know they would do it, especially for MJ. But ya know...if MJ didn't want any pictures taken, he would have made very sure that wouldn't actually happen.

So if there were so many shots taken, where are the others? It's hard to believe they would get a shot like this through a window. Aren't ambulance windows blacked out or covered up? Besides, Michael's face was thin by this time. This picture has Michael looking full faced. I don't believe it's for real. He was Michael's friend for 10 years? He would not have taken and sold that picture. I would think his first reaction would be grief rather than sensationalism.

why is it that he followed MJ to every hospital throughout his career but on this monumental day, he decides to run to the office (he says within a half hour he was at the office) instead of to the hospital?

This is the kind of thing that makes it look like TMZ is in on something to me.

Its all so confusing sometimes.

Part of me thinks that TMZ could be in on this whole thing because it'd be a great outlet for the hoax to be convincing - that website gets a ton of traffic.

But think about how much more attention/money they'd get if they knew the truth - that MJ is alive. I don't know.. But that's a whole different topic..
