I found a STRANGE comment posted on blog

who in the heck is tweety? It was reported in the "autopsy" that Michael's lungs were badly scarred, but no mention of a lung disease. Perhaps tweety is the "medical examiner" who wrote the report. That's why she seems to have so many "details" WOW, either she is hysterical, manic or insane. Is there a difference? Sounds also like she is probably suicidal.

VERY similar, but then, again, maybe just a fanatic.
I am guessing that "Tweety" is Michael, and I am guessing that
the poster's real name isn't "Sarah".
