So we all know about the search of Applied Pharmacy Services in Las Vegas. The pharmacy belived to supply Dr.Conrad Murray with Popofol.

The purpose of a search warrent, is for police to get the right to search a certain location. A search warrent for my house wouldnt give them the right to search my neighbors house. Why? Because they are two different adresses. Which makes them two different locations. Therefore, it wouldnt be legal for them to use it on my neighbors house.

Now, why am I telling you this? Its very simple acctualy, let me show you some pictures.

Here is a picture of Applied Pharmacy Services adress. This is the pharmacy that the search warrent was issued for
So you can clearly see that the adress for Applied Pharmacy Services is the following:
Okay, Now lets show you a picture from the search warrent:

That clearly says:



Thats kind of strange if you ask me. Lets do a search of that adress:



Nothing about the pharmacy.

Lets search this adress in Google Maps:





Looks like a "Salon & Haircut Spa" to me, I dont see a pharmacy anywhere in that picture.

Making the warrent INVALID.



Anouther thing, Grace Rwaramba is the name of Michael Jackson nanny that he hired to take care of his kids. But the search warrent refers to her as :




Grace Owanda?

Theese are the moments that just make me say "What. The. Eff."

Its from TMZ, it looks exactly the same as the one that was on ET I think it was.

There's really something that doesnt add up


If I add that adress West Flamingo, Suite #1 LV, NV 89103 on google earth

it shows me alot of Drs names and a hotel..?

But NO Applied Pharmacy!

I spent last night looking into the address thing and like you found nothing at the address in the warrant only the other address you have (although your research is much better!!!!!!!!!!! ) It just doesn't make sense....

I bet they don't even know who they're up against.
They wouldn't even suspect people would study that document,
they would have assumed people would just browse it.

I don't know.. I would just think there would be more effort into it if he's really trying to fake his death.
Though, this could also work in the theory that he's doing all this to prove a point to the media - that they clearly didn't do any research.

Well like one of the above posters said, they expected most of the public to just skim thru the document. No one is going to be as into as the HOAX BELIEVERS anyway, right!?

The fact that non trained average people can find this flaw, but trained policemen cant blows my mind. Its screaming HOAX

I searched Google Earth and 2851 N Tenaya Way # 202 is indeed Applied Pharmacy. I then searched on Applied Pharmacy in Las Vegas, NV and NOWHERE does it bring up this address 6370 West Flamingo, Suite #1 LV, NV 89103. As mentioned above, it's a a valid address. I even got directions to drive from 2851 N Tenaya to 6370 West Flamingo and they are several blocks away from each other.

Applied Pharmacy does have a website. When I linked to it, it says site in development. I got the site address off Google Earth also.

So then I searched the name of the owner of Applied, Timothy Lopez....and one thing lead to another. Here are pictures from local LV newspaper of the search. It has the 6370 address but it's odd that the signage for the pharmacy is painted on the windows. Maybe a new location and not listed anywhere but even so, if you have people coming in to fill prescriptions, would you be a bit more prepared with proper signage, etc.? Not very professional. There is another blog that addressed this and it seems that the pharmacy had moved locations and the information in the search engines have not been updated. But maybe some more research from someone in the area can be done by goning and ask the salon when they opened for buiness.

I want some more solid facts

I find the very fact it took, Murray 1 hour to phone for help, yet he spoke for 47mins on his mobile phone to who ever....While MJ was lying there
in desperate medical help!!!!!

That in its self tells me Dr Murray is a very guilty man! and Just maybe he did cause the death of someone!!!!

That is VERY suspicious!!!!! Dr Murray is no more a Dr than Im The President of the USA lmao lmao.

Could be an empty store front and they just painted the windows to look like the business was there. No one would question it, the average joe would not think twice. I surely, would not open up a pharmacy with lettering drawn on the glass. But then again, who knows what kind of pharmacy this was.

Exactly! Look at the one with the arrow in the pictures "Patients enter here". Something is wrong with this.

Unfortunately, these kinds of mistakes don't invalidate the search warrant. It's still real.

A search warrent for the wrong adress in completely invalid.
