MJ was scheduled for a 2nd physical

I am wondering IF that insurance policy is at all even signed without that 2nd physical.. just a thought..

They first said that insurance covered overdose; now it's not so! Do really exists that policy???

DS...I saw that article this morning.....well, just a few days ago it was paid out and now we find it stands no ground because we were told that his policy only pays in the event of an overdose?

That coverage could have been expanded to include shows scuttled by a death from natural causes or by illness, but only after insurance officials had reviewed the results of the second medical examination and watched a run-through of the show at the O2 Arena.


Well now here is what I see. The insurance would only be paid due to cancellations or non appearances due to an accident? WHAT....theres your answer right there.
That bloody shirt was planted to make it "look" like MJ maybe had an accident resulting in death.....GOD!! The cops not finding that shirt during the search of the house? COME ON!!!! They are reaching here....this is pathetic to the bone. Laughable really.

It was just a thought.

I think the payout from the other day was suppose to be MJs personal Life Insurance... which we haven't heard anything more about.. I would think they would have put that on blast even on TMZ.. there was no talk of it other than a few articles here and there.. that some people found from the Associated Press.
this insurance is between AEG and Llyods of London.

Then why was AEG at the custody hearing then? They had no reason to be there

I am thinking because AEG had the rehearsals tapes.. Columbia Pictures I think bought them and katherine J wanted to know what was in that AEG contract.. she also had to a confidentiality agreement with AEG

Lloyd's of London and AEG wanted a second physical because apparently AEG did not receive the first one. It disappeared 'mysteriously'. The second one would have taken place in London on July 11 just before the first concert.
It all seems like a set-up to me because a large amount of money is at stake and anyone with 2 braincells in companies as big as Lloyds and AEG would have/should have done thorough checks first as well as chasing up information such as reports. I find it hard to believe that AEG wouldn't have gone chasing up those reports when they had already invested millions into rehearsals etc.

Didnt AEG SAY the Michael was the pilar of health and he passed with flying colors? Or was it someone else that said that? L of L Im thinking...............this is getting to confusing for me!! My pea brain can only handle so much info!! LOL

That's where it all goes pear-shaped for their lies and inconsistencies.
There is a video with Kenny Ortega and Randy whatsit from AEG saying that Michael was in tip-top shape, outdancing dancers 30 years younger, Randy (I can't remember his name for the life of me!) even said that he'd swap bodies with Michael because Michael's body was so fabulous.
Randy even said that Michael had passed a 5 hour physical with flying colours he was that perfect and in shape.

Fast forward to this week - the 5 hour physical medical records have mysteriously disappeared, AEG now claim they did/didn't received them, Lloyds say they received a physical medical report which doesn't mention any of Michael's past injuries (scalp, ankle etc), Lloyds send a doctor to LA and he gets turned away from the Jackson house which is why a second physical was scheduled for after he arrived in London, Lloyd's of London say they won't pay out the $17m insurance policy because of the false/missing medical records.

The story is falling apart faster than they could have anticipated.

so odd that he "died" the day before the 2nd physical, like he knew that if he didn't do the physical the insurance wouldn't count and there wouldn't be risk of AEG trying to claim it...

I thought the second physical was for the 11 July in London just before the first concert on the 13th
