La Toya v.s. Dr. Murray?

To me all this seems to be coming very late. If they were serious about their suspicions (La Toya, especially), why didn't someone take the bait and start the prosecution.

The discrepency between accounts of LaToya, Murray and Kaye were discussed earlier on a different thread. I guess we'll have to wait for a trial before we find out.

I'm not sure who is lying and who is telling the truth in this, but I remember watching two interviews with Kai Chase, Michael's personal chef before he died, and she said (in both interviews) that Dr. Murray called Prince upstairs when he discovered Michael unconscious.
She also said that no one was allowed upstairs except the kids and Dr. Murray, so her story is kind of similar to what Latoya said at the 20/20 interview.

I've seen the interviews too, but she said that Prince met Murray at the top of the stairs, they talked and Prince came back down.

Basically, she is saying that Dr. Murray made Prince watch while he tried to resuscitate his Daddy, although he was already gone. I just don't think that's true. I'm sure Alberto Alverez would have told Murray to f--k himself before he let the 12 yr. old son watch that.

Prince could settle the dispute but who knows when the day will come when we ever hear him speak publically. I would love to hear that interview but it will never happen..
