TMZ Live 16-08-09

Thought maybe you guys are interested of a sum up of TMZ Live a few minutes ago. This is what was discussed:



- LAPD has sent out reports of their findings about the MJ case to experts of fields. I guess they mean doctors and that they have sent out among other things the autopsy report (this is only my guess). When they get their answers back from these people they need one more week (that would be the fourth week mentioned earlier in an article) to collect everything and give it to the DA. The DA will then decide if Murray is to be arrested. According to Harvey (it says the same thing on the article on the same subjet but in another thread) it´s still an if.

- About Dr Murray – He is basically is free to do whatever he wants. According to Harveys sources at the police it´s not credible that he´ll vanish so it´s not an issue.

- Murray is the only target.

- Murray´s lawyers are going pleed malpractice but not crime.

- There are 2 investigations going on, DA (I think it was) is doing a investigation on all of the doctors involved and their prescription of drugs. The other one is ouf course was he or was he not murdered. TMZ is quite convinced that the first investigation mentioned above is more important and will be bigger because it kind of touches a lot of people in Hollywood and how much prescription drugs people are taking. They mentioned Anna Nicole Smith as another person linked to this fact.

- Harvey stressed very much that the investigation is great and he was really praising those who work on it. He also said something about that you can´t put a time on this it has to take its time.

- Someone asked whether TMZ/Harvey believes whether AEG would insure Michael if they knew that he was an addict. Their answer was most definitely yes. Harvey even claimed that they must have known cause he has needle marks all over his body, even his neck. The other TMZ guy brought up the fact that many people don´t understand how it´s possible cause MJ was so fit, looked good and everything. Harvey then replied by saying that he once again had talked to people that were on the set and that these people had said that it wasn´t like that. He (MJ) came in late, was acting weird and some other stuff that I´ve forgot. But he totally debunked the idea of a healthy MJ.



These are the main things they discussed. I might have forgot some things, details, but you have to forgive me cause I had to listen, couldn´t write it down at the same time.



The DA´s investigation of docs and drugs made me think of Annies theory immediately!!

Ugh, I really sometimes hate reading these reports because it makes it seem all real.....

Trust me, they aren´t. He was really keen on making people believe his BS (Harvey).

Interesting that they would comment on Michael's health the day after our posts about it. Specifically the needle marks on neck.

I personally think this is the only investigation and only help with the DEA theory and that MJ is helping willingly or not. I read on TMZ and msnbc.com today that Burt Renyolds checked himself into rehab because of a RX addiction. His rep said that Burt hopes that telling ppl of his addiction and seeking help, that it will encourage others to as well.

IMO, this may just be the wake up call many in Hollywood and everywhere else needs.
