Need Help Please!

While this is JCC related, I chose to enter here .. can someone please tell me the date as close to possible for the 'clue' that is about the steelheads?!

I think I have solved that particular riddle IF (and only IF) it was done so before a certain date - I am not trying to be cryptic.. but if anyone can help with this.. I would greatly appreciate it.

(I do not want to add to either hope or frustration... until I can verify the date.)

Umm.. okay..
perhaps someone thinks I was teasing.. Lord knows that the believers have had their share of their own hoaxes put upon them by others..

Okay... 1) the image in the photo is just the back cover to a book on dragons.. it is NOT demonic in any way, shape or form..

2) I had hoped that someone could provide a date as to when this clue was given.. perhaps it offers 'hope' if the clue was actually provided before Sept 3rd..

I am getting ready to head out of here for work.. so I wanted to share what I have been up to..

I am still working on several more phrases that didn't quite make sense at face.. looking for an anagram answer..
but please give me feed back.. this is very tedious and time consuming...
