And what do people mean by saying he was going to get killed by "them"
there are heaps of interviews with other people close to michael saying he was paranoid that "they" were going to kill him
who is they and do they have something to do with him hoaxing his death?
could he have been escaping "them" before they got him??

I believe he is still alive I feel it in my bones

Dr. Gregory lved Michael very much. He is a good man. I think everyone knows who "they" are. Whether you call they the illuminati or Sony (The Elite probably control all the major record labels) many feel that the child abuse allegations were a warning from THEM.
