I am so fecking excited!

I just had to share with you guys that in about 2 hours I can book my ticket online for TII.

I can barely contain my excitement and I am driving my Mum crazy! Oh speaking of my Mum. I have a horrible cold at the moment and feel really ill, so while I was sleeping today she nipped out and bought me an MJ t-shirt and the "Dangerous" tour on DVD to cheer me up

I love her so much and plan to wear the t-shirt when I go and see the movie!

Aw Rach. Sorry to hear about you being ill. I too am counting down to midnight when I will be ordering 2 tickets for TII, one for me and my mate who is going with me. She's been an MJ fan for years but she doesn't know my thoughts on the whole thing. It will be intertesting for me to see her perspective on things when we go and watch it. I just want to make sure I don't give too much away in case I upset her

Thanks guys! I cannot wait. Only an hour and 20 minutes now and I am sat on the edge of my bed waiting for the time to pass and it's going sooooooooooooo slow

@ Harley, I had swine flu already so I know it's not that. I think it's just a winter cold. I am so unlucky with things like this! However the prospect of ordering TII tickets is cheering me up so much!

Lucky! I am glad I found someone that has agreed to go with me to see it. I mean we haven't seen each other in 3 years since high school graduation so it's gonna be a lil weird but I don't care I just dont wanna go see this alone!

For UK users Apollo is up and running. Came on line about 12.30, booked for the 28th, not the first showing though. Its a bit scary thinking about what we may see. Be aware though the phone number isn't working only online.

I had Odeon as a back up but didn't try it.

I GOT A TICKET!!!! (Oh I feel like Charlie in "Charlie and the chocolate factory" saying that!)

I am going with the fabulous PinkLizard from here who is a darling, and we are going to wear our MJ t-shirts and have the most amazing time I am so on cloud nine right now!!!

It sucks because I can't even see what the times are to choose from because they aren't on sale yet. I hope I get one...I don't think too many theaters are showing it around here. All I will say is make sure you are on that website BEFORE they go on sale because mine crashed! It took half an hour to order tickets and when I got to the checkout my sisters card didn't work! Luckily, Pink ordered them for us and we got lucky. People are going crazy for this.

Oh no we got to pick. It had a whole list.

Are you booking through the cinema or a third party website? I get weary if it's not the actual cinema I am booking through.

I went through our local theaters website; however, you have to buy your tickets through another that you get directed to. I think once the tickets are available, the times will show up. I'm going to shut my computer down for a while. It is way to hot, and it keeps shutting down. I don't want it to over heat when I am right in the middle of getting my ticket...I would be very very very mad. LOL I'll be back on in a bit. Thanks for the info, Rachel!

Did they tell you whether you'd receive the tickets by mail or whether you'd do a will call when you get to the movie theatre when you pick them up?
Also, did you have to pay standard movie ticket price, or were they a bit more.

Has anyone noticed that the movie is playing in a limited amount of theaters in their area, and that they are ONLY 3D theaters?
I'm in the MD/DC/VA area (Washington D.C. area) and I expected to see more theatres than whats currently listed.

I love that idea about the TII poster! I will make sure myself and PinkLizard do that!

I paid standard price for the ticket and a small handling fee for paying by card. I have to pick up the ticket when I go but take the card as proof that I have paid for it.

As far as I am aware, lots of cinemas are playing it in my City and I wasn't aware it was in 3D. It never said on the movie description but I will double check on that!

Oh and thanks to everyone who loves the t-shirt!

I just got my ticket (through TII site, came up about 10 minutes ago) for NYC 10/28, 11:00 AM but seating is firstcome first served

Tickets have been purchased. I decided to see it twice: 10/28 and on Halloween in honor of MJ. There was a 10/27 12:01am showing but since I'll be alone, I opted out from seeing that one.

The process went so smoothly that I thought that I had skipped a step until I saw my confirmation. I haven't felt this jittery in a while.

Did the DC area have a lot of theater options? I'm from Alexandria but I will be seeing it while I'm in Richmond at that time. I checked on the DC/MD/VA options and only saw a theater in Silver Spring as the only one left showing TII.

No not really that great of a selection for the MD/ DC area. I cant believe they are not showing it at the ARUNDEL MILLS MALL which has the largest and best movie theater in the area.
It was sporadic, and with Fandango, u had to have the area code for the theaters it was being shown in it seemed.
I'm so blown tho, because at first it only showed me the Magic Johnson theaters available which is 20 mins form my house in Landover. Then I tried again, and it showed Beltsville, MD which is 5 minutes from my house. Wish I could change it BUT it says no refunds or exchanges.

They should change it so it shows all choices within a 40 mile radius.
And MovieTickets.com sucks in regards to accuracy of where the film will be showing....

I live in Reisterstown Marylnd and had the option to check within 50 miles of my house and only found two theaters showing it.... I don't understand???? I called Owings Mills earlier and they told me it wouold be there... I bought tickets for the Towson theater...this is strange

I find it hard to believe that the Baltimore/ DC area is not providing more.
