Oktoberfest starts in fact in September and is the fair in Germany. Joe Jackson seems to tour in Germany for the time being, visiting a castle in Bavaria and doing whatsoever.

I had to laugh so much - the folks in southern Germany are having steelhard thickheads and do stand up for family ties.
If one says no it's no. No matter who asks.

I would say, they have character.
