I've looked to many hoax sites and I found something interesting here: http://sites.google.com/site/whereismichaeljackson/ultima-poza a romanian one.
They speak about that well-known last Michael's picture.

"Un ultim aspect (inainte de a aparea altul, mai proaspat) in legatura cu ultima poza. E o optiune in orice program de poze prin care se pot afla data si ora la care a fost luata imaginea. Adica reperele aparatului. Luam frumos poza celor de la www.etnline.ro, nu de alta, dar scrie pe ea "Exclusive", si sa vadem ce ne zice EXIF-ul.

Conform setarilor aparatului, un Nikkon bengos (si totusi, nu prea bengos, avand in vedere ca in 2007 facea poze-vezi EXIF-ul complet), poza a fost luata la 12,08. Apelul la 911 a fost facut la 12,21, paramedicii au sosit la 12,26. O sa ziceti ca si ce daca, asta nu dovedeste nimic. Daca aparatul era aiurea setat, putea sa arate si miezul noptii. Haida de! Aparatul unui paparazzo cu setarile varza? In conditiile in care data, minutul si ora pot fi dovezi salvatoare in instanta? Si cum paparazzi au parte de procese cata frunza si iarba, e vreunul atat de prost incat sa-si lase aparatul nesetat cu reperele temporare reale? Cam rar. Atunci, poza asta a fost facuta inainte de apelul de urgenta? Inainte ca paparazzo-ul nostru sa vina la fata locului? Inainte sa stie oricine din lumea asta ca MJ nu respira? "

That quote seems interesting and I'll try to translate it here as well I can.

"A final point about the last picture. It's an option in any program that can find pictures by the date and time it was taken.
I mean the device parts.
We take the picture of www.etnline.ro, not the other, but write on it "Exclusive", and let's see what the EXIF says.

As the device settings, a Nikkon, the photo was taken at 12:08.
The call to 911 was made at 12.21, paramedics arrived at 12.26.
You'll say and what if, this proves nothing. If the camera was set wrong, can look even midnight. but..
Paparazzi device with the settings wrong?In the terms which the date, the minute and hour could be saving evidence in court?And as they have so many trials, it's someone so stupid that to leave the device not set with real temporary parts?
Rather rare. Then was this picture taken before the emergency call?before paparazzo come on the spot?before anyone in this world know that MJ was not breathing?"

Don´t know what to make of that... the pic seems face and it would take more time to fake a picture like that...
But on the other hand it seems to me the post said the ambulance arrived at 12:26, so what time was the ambulance leaving...How long did they stay at the house before they left then????

Yes, it was discussed on MJHD in the ambulance thread if I recall right.
The conclusion could be that the camera settings were wrong - but a professional photographer for tabloids needs a proof that he was there at the center of interest at that moment - so I personally would doubt that the camera settings were wrong.

Not to forget that the boss of National Photo Group Ben Evenstad was with Mike for years and hired the photographer Christopher Weiss into the company. CW was said to have shot the pic. CW has a paramedics licence. Coincidence?

There's more to the EXIF data. I'll try to find the link.

I personally believe that yes, the picture was taken at another occasion than when the ambulance backed out of the yard. There were two video takes so why not different takes of the picture?

I can understand what you are saying. You are saying that the ambulance photo was taken before the 911 call and before the ambulance was dispatched.

This could be quite plausible, and even though many choose not to pay attention to the "informer" from Larry King Live's Blog, this person did say that it was MJ in the ambulance. If this person is truly in the know (which I'm kinda thinking they are), then it would have been MJ in the ambulance. It would mean that he took this picture before anyone called 911 or anything. If this is true, and I truly hope it is, then that would mean that the hoax is confirmed and MJ is definitely alive (which is what I totally believe in my heart).

There is a time difference from 12:08 untill 12:26
That's 18 minutes before the paramedics arrive.

This is very interesting! Maybe the picture is real after all. And that would explain the 2 ambulance videos and the different shadows... .And that is of course not MJ in the ambulance! Very Happy

If I remember right, these are the dates when the pic was worked on on the computer with the photo software.

well they must have gotten the info from the picture... like i said the info is in the picture... scratch

but how the photographers were so stupid to miss that face that is what im wondering

Best question on this so far.
I do not know who shot the arrival at UCLA and published those on hollywoodgrind.com, indiageez.com, zimbio.com, earsucker.com.
It was a professional camera though with automatic shooting - we could build a kind of film of the stretcher entering.

The forth is about the body guards of Mike being with the "dead body" that was sitting up on the stretcher when entering UCLA. Why would they guard the dead one?

well any picture you find on the internet has some kind of identity "in" it.
it is IN the picture and you can read it in serten programs.. i use Photoshop... but im sure there are other programs for it as well..
you can also add your own "comments" in the picture.. your name and stuff like that. and all data about that picture is found in that "mark"..

the only thing is to get the first pic taken and not a copy of that picture.. Hope you get my point.. Very Happy
