"Michael Jackson matters to China" (present tense)

Just stumbled upon this site.
They are citing The Guardian and others (no news) but
1) censorized China talks about him
2) all down the page their own coverage: "Michael Jackson matters to China" on July 3, 2009
3) they allow the movie to be shown - as 1 of 12 foreign country's films per year
