As silly as his hoaxes seem, Joey Skaggs did a great service to the public. If only more people would pay attention...

There's less than a half a dozen videos on youtube of this guy. It's almost like the media wants to pretend this guy doesn't exist. Maybe their too embarrassed to admit they were fooled multiple times.
