MJ Fans: What MJ era were you born in??

MJ Fans!
Just thought that I'd stop & post about what MJ era were you born in & just for fun.

I was born during the BAD era(1987) & I LOVE that era & I'm sure proud to have been born then as well. BUT... unfortunately i was born early. I was supposed to have been born in the month of August, same month as Michael but apparently I was born in the month of May instead & was born prematurely at 2 pounds, 12 oz.

So anyways... again, what era were you guys born in??

Pretty much the Bad era That era rocks.

i was also born in Bad era, in 85, and during the Dangerous era i received the Bad album and i was so happy. in Romania was a bad period until 1990, were we couldn't listen to foreign music. Michael Jackson was restricted then. but once he came in 1992 the first time, it was like an excape for the romanian people and mostly fans.
i was 7 in 1992. i was so happy and sad the same time, because my parents wouldn't let go to the concert.
well, all Michael's era's rule, but mostly the Bad era it was beautifull.

At the risk of being the oldest one out here...I remember when the Jackson 5 came to the scene and followed them...Michael all the way through. I'm a few years older than Michael...... yes i'm old but still a fan!!!

well between thriller and bad era (85) and well i happen to just love love the BAD album...i think is because my sister who was 18 at the time it was released....well she played it non stop...hehe and then she abandoned the cassette after she got married so i pretty much listened to it and many others but mike was always present

Gawd...Im old. I was born in March of 1970, in Detroit BABY!! Motown!! (Im 39) so it was the Jackson 5 era....I Want You Back and ABC were on the charts!!

I was born in 86 and prematurely, 2 months earlier i was almost 1 year old when the Bad tour started

Lucky the ones born earlier, i love Bad, the tour, the album, everything.

But i'm happy because we're in the This is it era now

I was born in the J5 era... yes, I am older fan, but does that really matter?
I remember buying the J5 on 45's... heehee! I have all the original vinyls of J5, Jermain, and Michaels... now, that is a collection I am glad I kept. But one thing I can say, I have the insight of all of MJ's life of having lived through all of it! I am disappointed in myself not going to see him when I had the opportunity! I am ready to fly anywhere in the world if this opportunity comes just one more time... wishfully hoping!

I was born between BAD and DANGEROUS - my two favourite eras.

I was born before the Jackson 5 became a group. I have been a die hard fan since they came to the scene and still listen to theirs and MJ's music.

I was born in 78' so the Off the Wall era .. Remember when Thriller was released and BAM fan ever since

I was born in the Jackson 5 era. It was the first real concert I went to as well. I can still remember little Janet walking out on to the stage and messing with her brothers. I've been a fan of both ever since.

me too I was born in Off the Wall era. in '77. I remember watching Thriller (I was very scared but still watched it!!). Then the first album I bought was BAD. I knew all the song, I had notebooks with lyrics, pictures, posters (a huge Dangerous poster in my room in '92) and so on..It is so nice to see so many young people and teenagers that love MJ music. At This is it movie there were sooo many youngsters from kids to teenagers. i was so impressed...

I was born in 1965, and most fans of Michael are from that time, if born in 1958 and singing since I was a child.

Umm I was born in 1954 just a little bit older than MJ. So I was in at the beginning J5.

HHMMM.... I was born in 1987, so by the time I really understood I'm thinking it was the Dangerous Era. However, I've danced to just about every song from the Jackson 5 and on up.

1967, so I had the 70tie the 80ties and the 90ties with michael, a great time I must say.

I was born in 1964 and grew up with the J5 music. The love continued for the rest of my life. Got to see the Victory Tour with MJ in Florida. Only time I saw him live.

My sentiments exactly! I would fly anywhere too. And should we ever get that opportunity again... we'll fly together. Lesson learned. Never take anything for granted.

i was born in 83, so that puts me in the thriller era! but that was on the brink, since i was so young...so i guess i grew up in the bad era
