I think I am staying too. I re-registered over there but like Bicky said it is cold and unwelcoming. No clue as to why all the strict rules either. I've never had a moving siggy but I enjoy seeing others. Shame that is not an option over there. When you change the board style to subsilver2 it looks exactly like MJKit. I guess I have gotten use to things here now. I was really stunned that all the hard work of some 6900+ members over a period of 4-5 months could be essentially lost forever. Thank you for welcoming us. Guess I'll have to play catch up and spend some long nights reading back posts on here. I don't even know where to begin. I am however hopeful that the new admin is working out some kinks and that things will change over time. We'll see though. I'll just float back and forth from home to home like child whose parents have separated!

yes i agree. thank you to whoever is letting us stay here. I enjoy having a HUGE signature picture and a big avatar. no offense to our last forum but we couldnt do that in there. but oh well as long as the website continues and Mike is alive I'll be utterly happy!!!

the new MJHD has nothing in common with the old MJHD...

i believe the MJHD admin registered on June 1 and is located in Arizona but says theyre located in Australia. which I believe Michael, his dad, the dr. have some kinda relations in Las Vegas or so. in any case, Las Vegas I believe is a place of interest.

I went and checked out the new MJHD.. I re-registered... but I don't like it! The new rules and sense of dictatorship is so off-putting. I thought it would be fun to have it back up and running, and I'm really skeptical if they're really gonna get all the old posts back.

My gosh and the fact that we can't have animated sigs, and our sigs can only be a certain size

Oh... and the new smileys there suck LOL

I may lurk over there just to stay in the loop but I'm happy here! It's so much more friendly!!!

Hi! i just wanted to say hello, atlhough i've been a member of this forum since the beginning, but didn't log in too much, the same with MJHD, and i think i won't open a new account there, maybe i look around there sometimes and here again too, after a long time . I had almost left all these forums, or didn't come as often as before, but since i've heard some friends mentioning that 'some say that MJ is not dead'... when there is any conversation about music or so (i never say i have something to do with these forums ) i have felt like lurking around here again a bit. Sorry to bore you with my silly things. Just to let you know that some people (like me), even not being a huge fan, support you to defend MJ' legacy and his truth.

All I saw on there was that someone said they thought Amy was from Oz. And that the new admin could be from Oz for all we know, but they weren't saying that they are. Just that they could be. But I didn't see anything else.
Oh well. I'll laugh if they are. For lots of reasons.. The funniest being: The Wizard Of Oz.

I've been here since the beginning but haven't posted much.
Was a member of MJHD and signed up here the first time the forum went down.
I opened a new account on the new forum but besides the strict rules (wich I can understand) I feel that the controlling and mouth gagging is still going on.....
When people start asking (direct) questions as to why the site suddenly vanished, what about the donations etc., the mods (no, not all actually just one - as usual the same -) start saying things like 'euh, you didn't donate, so why cause drama or trouble', 'just trust us, we're doing our best' etc. etc.. That question was put in a respectful way and really didn't ask for such an answer since the poster was only looking for the truth behind the debacle.
All the mods are also admins and vice versa (of course...lol), and whenever a decision has to be made it is put up to voting....very democratic, but very difficult in my opinion (but hey who's asking) to stear a (once) huge forum. We have a saying back home that basically states that when there are too many captains on a ship, that ship is going nowhere...
I sincerely wish them well, but unless people can speak freely and ask (maybe sometimes painful) questions, and according to me they are allowed to do so given the amount of work and trust they all have put into that site in search for the truth, I foresee trouble again.
Don't think I'll be posting much over there, but I will browse and read in search of my own truth or whatever is working for me.
