2012, SONY, TII ... WOW !!!

So I was checking my email this morning and I noticed I had one from Sony. I was trying to think of how Sony got my Email adress. I started thinking, and I realized that I had registered to get an email when "This Is It" tickets go on sale way back in september. So thats how they have my email adress. The top of the email has a short discription of the movie 2012. it says :

I know this movie has been up for discussion before...

Now, back in september, I didnt make an account or anything on there site. All I did was put in my email adress to recive a notification when TII tickets go on sale. Now im thinking everyone who registered for that notification is gonna get this email. Every one who registered for This Is It ticket alerts on the sony site...hmmm
