Hi, this is just a thought, but would there be no prosecution/charges possible (on Michael's return) if it is simply the case that the body was incorrectly identified - ie the fault of the identifier (LaToya??) NOT Michael. Of course that would mean that there IS a body, I know we have all speculated on whose, but this is still a big hurdle for me...

They can just all say they were too grief stricken to notice clearly (as long as there was a likeness) to be honest we have had "frail old man", "face badly damaged by CPR!!" so a bit of mistaken identity could be credible. This could explain why Murray wouldn't sign death certificate as he WOULD know it wasn't Michael...so would all the fans etc if there was an open casket. I'm sure LaToya would manage to talk her way out of a difficult situation, she never usually makes sense and I'm sure any judge would drop charges just so he didn't have to listen to her anymore No prosecution if death not faked - wrongly identified the body Icon_biggrin

BUT THE FLAW IS WHO IS THE BODY?????? And if it was someone E'Cas or whoever why did the autopsy not show up the "terminal illness" - IDEAS??

Is anything going to happan soon?? I need closure in my heart. I'm still grieving, and crying everyday. What happent to our Angel? Is he alright?? I can only hope so. This is unbeareble, I need to get a straight answer soon. I do believe he is alive, but something is not right.. And why am I crying everyday then?

Oh Stephanie, I feel the same, so many questions, so much confusion, so many lies, but I am now sure that he is alive, I don't know if he can come back, but really truly, I don't think he would be able to stay away "one spotlight baby", he needs his fans and their love - keep the faith

Guys, TOUCHED is sooo right. I don't know why your feelings are wavering. What are your reasons. The links/infos being fed, by I don't know who, who try to get me off my path/belief - I just ignore and I am very grateful to them because they put more certainty in my belief and gives me more strength to hold on.

Im sure it wouldnt be the first time in history that a body was wrongly identified. Maybe LaToya isnt in on it, and she really DID think it was his body.

Can someone explain to me how a face can be damaged by CPR that a closed casket would be neccessary. And if the ambulance picture is legit than where is the damage to his face? I always thought that you intebate the patient. If that is true then the only damage would have been internally like in the throat.
