I love Katy Perry, I don't see why you're bringing attention to this on a michael jackson hoax forum when it has nothing to do with the hoax or michael. Katy can wear whatever she wants, just because she's famous doesn't mean anything.

It relates to MK Ultra programming. Notice the cat bottle perfume and the whole sex kitten image projected. I have no idea if Katie Perry is aware of it, but TPTB in control of marketting and influencing impressionable youngsters are for sure.

When the other forum is up again, go read the blogs and threads about Michael's messages.
You'll probably notice afterwards that not everything "cute" is really cute but sick, oppressive and not meant for the better. Who knows about it knows what I am talking about.
This is Michael related and Katy is just one more of those poor kitties. It is so sad.
