Sheryl Crow on Michael Jackson's Death

Just thought this was a bit odd..

“For a moment there, I kind hoped that he’d staged his own getaway,” Sheryl told CNN’s Anderson Cooper during a phone interview Thursday night after news broke that Jackson died at age 50. “He’s got a lot of gigs coming up and the pressure of that, and I thought maybe he’d just staged a getaway. And when the news really started trickling in…it’s just, it’s makes my heart sick.”

what news is she referring to? The drugs stories?

You're first thoughts/reactions often turns out to be true - so i find it very interesting that she thought he'd staged it too.

I am finding that alot of the people I have talked to about his death hoax believe it also; however, they are just afraid to admit it because they are more worried about what people will think about them. I don't care what people think about me or my beliefs because I know the truth in my heart, and the truth will come out. I just wish more people would admit to their feelings and not worry about what other people think.

why do we have people, who used to know him, but havent spoken to him forever (and did everything they could to distance themselves from him during the 2005 trial) now talking about him, "missing him, and hurting deeply" and expressing concerns about how and why he died - while MJs true friends have all become mute?

Because Michael's REAL friends are staying quiet to protect Michael (if this is a hoax).

The real distancing started after the first set of phony allegations and just got worse during the trial. It really pisses me off that none of these people were around Michael when he really needed them and now they're coming out of the woodwork lamenting the loss. CTFON!!!
