I need to know if it was worth it for me to get banned ?
and why did i get banned ?

cause it son't make sense to me cause i also posted theories on this website,
when i told you that Geraldine Hughes who is a friend of michael and the Jacskon family, is writing a book about MJ's life , i also told her that MJ is not dead, and she said she believe that he is, but she is willing to listen, and she would write about it in her book i told her about the MJHD she should join in to talk a bit more about it,
you guys jumped on me and then banned me like i am a thief or something,

without letting me the chance to defend myself.

she is not trying to steal anything from you.
she has accomplished more in her life than any of you will ever accomplish, some of you on here are young, and don't understand and beside ,

if you had asked me instead of beating the shit out of me
without letting me explain, then you would find out that she is not writing a whole book about thinking that MJ is alive but she is
writing just a small chapter.

and beside the media can take whatever theory is on this website and there is nothing you can do about it, suing is wasting your money,
you should put your money where your mouth is,

cause there are many other website thinking the same as you, and anyone can pick that up from any of them .

so you are totally wasting your time.

cause you don't own any of those theories.

i have been banned without me explaining myself, i was exited and i wanted to give credit to both websites,
MJHD she would put the websites names in the chapter,

i thought i was doing a good thing to give even more publicity, to the websites, cause her book will be sold in stores,

We wernt attacking you, we just don't want our ideas going into her book. If you want to give her your ideas thats fine, but we don't. We do own our theories. We thought of them, we did the research on them. there ours. and we just don't want them in a book.

I can assure you I have not banned you and if I look on the list of banned members your name doesn't appear to be there. There have also been other members who have had this problem so I will look into it.

If you felt you had been attacked then I am sorry. People on here are very rightly proud of what they have achieved and don't feel it would be fair for it to be published under anyone else's name. Again I am sorry if you felt like you had beenjumped on but I'm sure it wasn't intended that way.

I don't understand the shock and anger at the response that was received. Perhaps if ALL the info was shared in the orignal thread, or if the time had be taken to ask if anyone here minded before she talked to anyone about this being in a book, the responses would have been different.

I don't think people are meaning to "jump on you". They are just expressing their opinion as you did in the original thread.

Please let's not turn this into something major and agree to disagree. You thought you were doing a good thing for the site which is nice of you.

I think we all need to realise that sometimes people won't always see eye to eye and there will be disagreements but let's swiftly move on and keep the forum a nice place to be

Well, I must agree with DonnaLovesMJ.

Anything that is written on this FORUM in open forums is not private at all.
Anyone can come to this site and copy and paste whatever they want. Once you hit submit, it is fair game. That's the way the Internet World works.

Now on some websites they are SPECIFIC notices stating that any copying of pictures and written materials on their site are prohibited from being copied or placed on other sites. And they do threaten to sue you for it, especially if it is clearly written on their site to not take info from it.

But sometimes, that of course does not work either.

I say this, if you do not want your ideas taken, then maybe you should keep them private. Only because there are probably thousands upon thousands of people visiting this site daily and that includes media, authors and etc, who are reading this and possibly using info.

I believe that Annie's AWESOME theory will end up somewhere.

Note to AnniesNotOkay. You may want to get your written theory COPYWRITTEN just in case you may ever decide to do something with it.
It's very well written and I can definitely see someone come along and take your info and claim it as their own.

Surely it has more to do with the fact that we don't want to exploit MJ in any way! We're not trying to be unfriendly Donna, it's just that none of us are here for fame or recognition, we are only here to search for the truth. Well maybe you need to go to those other websites and ask them for their stuff. You have really offended me and my Mjkit family. But if she is a friend of his she should already know some things about him. And if she has accomplish so much, then she should be able to accomplish this without our stuff. You sound like a very ignorant person when you do not get your way. You have not made me upset because I will not give you the satisfaction, but I will say that I am offended.
