It looks a bit mid-90's WordArt to me, not very official, but that may just be me.

What I am more interested in, is: Where is the result of the second autopsy? Why haven't we heard anything about this second one for weeks now?

And I forgot: how are they so sure it is homicide? And if it is, why
didn't they arrest Murray this morning before releasing this, since he
was the last one to see Michael Jackson alive? It doesn't make sense.
Like they are saying: Hey Murray, we know what you did, run fast, we'll
try to catch you….
