Marriage Certificates, and Death Certificates for obtaining an
Apostille. They tell you very detail how a real death-, marriage and
birth certificate should look like. And they are telling you how to
spot a fake from the real deal. Although I did not seem to find
anything wrong regarding that but it could be a language barrier.

According to those guidelines a certificate signed by an MD is not acceptable. MJ's certificate is signed by an MD, therefore its not permissable as an official document.

Is it signed by any Doctor? Cause if it isent, you are not dead by law as far as im aware

How can we find out if the guidelines are official? I would hope that they are though. I know that it's only a temporary certificate, and as far as I know a real DC hasn't surfaced on the net. Does Anna Nicole Smith, Heath Ledger or Patrick Swayze have a temp DC and a real DC on the net? If any or all of them do, we should compare them. It is rather odd that a real DC for Michael hasn't surfaced on the net yet. I would think there would be one by now?

Making Neverland Michael's final resting place is a BS story. Even if he is dead(which I don't believe he is ) , the man was very adamant that he would NEVER go back there, it was only a home not HIS home. To bury him there would be a total disrespect to Michael. If it was a true story, he would be buried there already! Plus, how can you bury someone if their alive? you can't bury a person if their breathing!!

I did the search. And unfortunately I didn’t like the answer, I didn’t want to compare to Heath Ledger nor Anna Nicole since they lived in a different state when they died (NY & Florida) the laws may differ. However Patrick Swayne's death certificate looks exactly like Michael's but I don’t know if his is temporary or not, maybe I could find out...[/quote



I think on MJHD a comparison was made betweet Patrick and Michael's DC and they were different and the conclusion was made that Michaels was not correct, dont think the data is availble at present unless they have been able to reinstate the data from the old forum.

It's signed by Latoya. I always thought it was against the law to have a family member sign a death certificate. But, then again, of it's not a valid death certificate, it doesn't matter if she signs it anyway.
