Question about O2 and HD

I am wondering if the conference was filmed in HD, if not can the footage be altered to be HD? I'm totally HD illiterate.

The reason I ask is because while watching the trailer, I noticed the crazy male fan from O2 in the footage. It flashes by really quick. IDK if it is anything or not, but it's been bugging me.

I paused it at the point where they show crazy male fan and I THINK that footage is from the O2 conference...Im almost sure of it.

I think it's entirely possible that that footage was shot in HD but remember it was a press conference so they need to have the best footage possible.

You can alter footage at a later date because people on Youtube do it all the time.

Not to change the subject but I LOVE that fat guy he was so funny LOL. It was GREAT how he was tottally losing it. There was this other boy who looked like harry potter who when Mj says I love you I really do the kid puts his hand on his heart like awww me?? LMFAO Mj fans RULE.
