question

I was wondering about this video...
It almost looks like its a doll in the sheets, its flat, but we look at it from the up, so maybe thats why it looks that way..(his feet looks small too...) But when I first saw it I said, there is nothing in that sheet...
And why do they have to throw a body on the other side, is that normal?
I mean, they ride it in the car so why does it have to be moved?
Maybe thats common? I dont know about this stuff.
