Jackson Probe Coming in for a Landing

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the Michael Jackson homicide case will be presented to the L.A. County District Attorney in 3 to 4 weeks.

We're told the lion's share of the investigation has been completed and Dr. Conrad Murray remains the singular target. Our sources say LAPD detectives have requested opinions from several medical experts who will analyze the evidence and offer their opinions on Dr. Murray's conduct.

The medical experts are supposed to submit their finding in 2 to 3 weeks and we're told detectives need an additional week to assemble their evidence before they make a formal presentation to the D.A.

Law enforcement sources also say an arrest will not be made before Dr. Murray is charged with a crime -- of course that assumes he will be charged.

The case is complicated by the fact that Jackson had been taking various medications, even though the evidence is compelling that Propofol was the direct cause of Jackson's death.

notice how the police source has managed to buy the LAPD almost 1 month before they have to arrest someone, without giving out any new details or promising anything.

And the reason why they haven't arrested Murray is because they're waiting for medical experts to finish their work?! What a lame excuse! If you have a suspected murderer, who has admitted to administering the drug that killed the victim, you DONT let said suspected criminal on the loose because you're waiting for medical experts to finish! People have been arrested for less and with less compelling evidence.

Ok..3-4 weeks presenting of homicide case
medical results 2-3 weeks + additional week for detectives..

no arrest yet for Murray...

Today is Sept 16th....in 3-4 weeks --and maybe some postponing/delaying like
in the past-

we are reaching the end of October.....

October 28th...

and Doc Murray is still the "only target"

that gives me some hope Smile

I couldn't agree more with you! It's all BS. I think they have to "leak" this to us now because people are starting to ask where Murray is.

That is so true and your right about the buying time thing as well. Why don't they buy Murray a ticket out of the country too since they gave him a time frame as when an arrest MIGHT take place and that he is the only suspect.

You know, if this isnt a hoax, the LAPD is truly the most incompetent law enforcement i've ever heard of.
If you have a suspected murderer and is working on getting him arrested, do you:
1: tell him when he can expect to be arrested, so he can make an escape? Murray is free to leave the damn country if he wishes, without breaking any laws - or
2: shut up

?

We must wait another month for Dr. Murray's arrest and for them to begin a case. That places the case roughly two weeks before TII.

They couldn't have paid for this type of movie advertising. The timing is perfect.

it's been more than 2 months since Michael 'died' which gave more than enough time for those who are supposedly guilty to get rid of every evidence including the documents,etc. how much more time could the DEA need?? what evidence would beleft for the the law enforcements to work with? Yes, after I read this I looked on the so called reliable news sources websites to see if anyone picked this up and chose to elebrate on it. I haven't seen anything on msnbc or cnn yet, but I'll bet later on today there will be and their sources will tell a little more. I'd be very surprised if there isn't anything more about this today.

I think I've already said in another post regarding this that one of two things will happen:

1. When the case is presented it will be ruled as suicide - don't forget they are already talking about things being complicated due to Michael taking so many different prescription drugs - so I think ruling it as a suicide is a possibility - nobody gets charged, nobody gets arrested - fits the hoax perectly!

OR

2. We will be hearing that Murray has committed suicide within the next 3 weeks or so.

Just a thought!

I also believe that we have been fed this info from TMZ because we have been asking so many questions about what is happening with the case, why nobody charged yet etc.

I know one thing...with this much notice, if I were Murray, I would get the hell out of dodge!!!! He has plenty of time to come up with a plan and leave the country for somewhere without an extradition law.

Exactly!!! If this is real and Michael did die (although I still believe 100% that he didn't) then it really stinks. Why give the prime suspect prior notice of being charged??? Doesn't make sense. But then you also have to consider that this has come from TMZ. Lol.
