Jackson Estate Scores Deal on "This is It" Michael_jackson_getty_52105837_ex

We've learned lawyers for Michael Jackson's estate went to court today and the probate judge gave permission for them to strike a deal with Sony Music for the production and distribution of a soundtrack album in connection with the "This is It" film release.

Sources say Sony and the estate have reached an agreement.

Well... the movie trailer has already been released.

TMZ didn't really need to let us know that an agreement was reached..

Slow day at the office for Harvey and the boys, I guess. lol!

Funny that before, they were giivng minute to minute details on court proceedings and now they are leaning that they went to court. what happened to the invite to the court hearings and heads up and info?

Maybe to make themselves seem more credible?

Before this all they were famous for was leaking the Rihanna photo. Now everyone knows who they are and for some it's their first port of call when looking for Michael news now. Their hits must be up like 10000000%.
