I have to say I really don't understand this. Tom Mesereau befriended Michael and defended him not only in court but in the media at large. He also wrote the forward in Conspiracy and assisted Aphrodite Jones in her writing. I'm just baffled.

You may be right. After I read what you said, I googled "thomas mesereau lawsuit" and then "thomas mesereau lawsuit 9/29/09" and no results came up at all. Funny, NO other outlet is reporting this. TMZ always seems to have the inside scoop on MJ regarding everything from his mother to different lawsuits against his estate ...it's all questionable.

Don't be alarmed. There is no Michael Jackson autopsy photo. People are just so angry that there are those of us out there that believe he's alive so they will say/do anything to make us think otherwise. One website claimed it had the only real autopsy photo, I clicked on it and it was a picture of a Ken doll with no clothes on. People are just stupid, cruel idiots without a f*ckin clue.

I just went back in to the article and read the comments. Sheesh! Not only is that entire comments section filled with haters, but some of the people actually defending Mike sound a bit, well, off.

you think that just because people are friends with MJ mj is not supposed to pay them

well before jumping on tom's case

Tom was paid up to 5 million dollars for the trial
he got the money already
but MJ hired him again to transition him from the USA to BARHAIN

and mj owed him the amount he asked
he tried numerous times to get his money through mj's people but the accountant who was responsible for MJ's money who were singing the checks didn't pay Tom

they were paying themselves instead out of MJ's money

so before you judge the guy please look for the facts

I know......It breaks my heart to hear comments like that! To think he is still getting this treatment from 'beyond the grave'!!! I can't believe the world is filled with such hate! Why even bother making a comment?! If I didn't know any better...I might think that the TMZ/MJ camp invented the whole lot!!!

I can't find any autopsy picture. I'm curious as well and The Enquirer is so garbage..!

I thought that it was BS too but when i found that the pge was under construction...i thought that was strange..
Anyway I doubt there will be an autopsy picture if thre no dead body and we all know what photoshop does...
