I knew this already...the first beats are similar...then Albanos song turns different for me....
but I agree with him....MJ didn't copy it on purpose...

Albano and his former wife had a song in the 80's which was very popular in my country
and everybody thought i was named after this song...

Until today I'm questioned of this....it's annoying Evil or Very Mad

It is definately the same tune, but as he says MJ probably heard it and then it came into his mind thinking it was his, MJ did not have to steal songs, you only have to listen to all his others to know this. I thought the guy was very gracious about it though as a lot of songwriters would have been livid in the same situation. He was clearly a fan.

in italy Albano is well known for beeing rude and false toward televison. he one even beat up a girl live on tv. so it's probably possible that Albino just wanted his 5 minutes of fame. i think he just wanted to spread his fame over to america... i wouldn't trust him that much...
