Who here is NOT going to TII for whatever reason?

Yes, I know.

Sad huh?

The closest movie theater is in Savannah, GA and its only 30 mins from my house....I cannot go. Cus I have no one who will go with me. and Im not going alone...Ill look like a big fat DORK!! ***big deep sigh***...........L'il ole me.....is gonna be the only person on the planet who wont get to go...and this angers me immensely........SO Im going to ask closer to the time of the movie if someone could PM me ALL THE JUICY DETAILS of it!! That way we wont spoil it for peeps who are going to see it at a later time.

Also if someone could sneak in a camera and film it? That would RAWK!!

I haven't talked to my mom about going to watch it but i am going,i don't care and im 100% sure that i can go.Closest city where i can see it is 45 mins if i go by car.Im so exited.

My Slacker Sista should suck it up and go alone! I'm going on the 28th @ 1:30 in the afternoon BY MYSELF because I have no one to go with. I'll be the one sitting in the corner w/ tissues and a beverage that suspiciously smells like wine. LOLOL

The closest movie theater is 2 hours by train for me, but i will still go, alone. i wouldn't miss this for the world. i was even planning a flight to berlin, when i thought it wasn't showing in serbia. the trailer just gets me so excited, idk.

No driver's license at age 33? I know of several adults without a license. Most live in urban areas where public transportation operates around the clock and where parking cars is very difficult. Residents of New York city come to mind.

No problem. I was almost 24 when I got my license. The legal age in America is 16 for most states.

LOL...I heard that MJ was 24 when he got his so we're in good company.
Only do it if/when you are ready. A nervous driver can be a dangerous driver. Who here is NOT going to TII for whatever reason? Lol

You will not look like a dork if you go alone. I would prefer to go by myself since I know I will get tearry eyed and people with me will laugh at me and make fun of me. Seriously you cant miss TII cause you are alone, you will regret not going forever if you do that.

I won't be going, for a few reasons I'm same as The Jacksonologist I have no one to go with and I feel odd going to the cinema alone lol and also my cinema is pretty far away and I'm also not a driver and wouldn't subject the world to my driving haha! Will watch it when it's out on dvd or online but everyone feel free to PM me Wink

I understand about the people not having anyone to go with, but I would still go if I were you guys! You will regret missing out! I feel embarrassed going to the cinema by myself and would never do it in my hometown (very VERY small town) but if you go to another town to see it and nobody knows you, who cares? I have been frantically trying to organise someone to go with (none of my friends are MJ fans) I had asked my sister to come with me but she keeps telling me she has no interest in the movie or MJ and to get over myself. LOL! It had gotten to the point where I said to myself "stuff it, I will just go by myself". The movie isn't coming to my hometown, so I'm driving 5 hours to see it. Thankfully, my sisters boyfriend lives in the town I am heading to, and we are going to see it together now, without my sister LOL!

im not going because it wouldnt feel right,IF i knew 100 percent he was alive i would go more than once,but its probably 70/30 not but i want to believe so much.
also i had front row tickets for the o2 on august the 1st and spent a lot of money planning and getting ready to travel so to be around fans who have jumped on the mj bandwagon wouldnt be quite right,i know mj deserves all the support he gets.

i was about 23 or 24 when i got mine too! so that was only a year or 2 ago. compared to my classmates in high school (and even in college) i was so behind in that department! but i really don't like it and actually haven't done any real driving since i got my license.

oh, i'm not going alone! i was trying to encourage someone else to. thankfully my husband also wants to see it so we're gonna go together. but i wouldn't wanna go alone myself. even tho i can appreciate "alone time", there's something about being alone in public places that's hard for me for some reason. so i understand you guys not wanting to do that!

When I think about it, its creepy going alone at night @ MIDNIGHT alone, BUT, I want to see this and no one understands why I need tgo see the VERY 1st showing of it.
So, im chucking it alone.
my twin sons (12 Years Old) and I are going the next night to see it the next night.

And we may go again on Halloween. Smile

Well I am going. I bought two tickets myself but I am not sure if I can convince my sister or husband to go with me. Hey this is MJ (I think-O2 MJ unsure yet). Anyway, I am going to the matinee and buying a big bucket of popcorn. I got a box of kleenex and will settle down in a great middle seat. Don't be afraid to go. Get a matinee ticket and go early Cheaper too!. You will that there will other fans, especially women, alone too cause they couldn't get anyone to go with them. Hmph! I say "POWER TO THE FANS WHO GO IT ALONE! UNITE AS WE ARE FAMILY AND ARE NEVER REALLY ALONE" I don't care if I go alone or not. If I didn't see it, I would be more sad and mad at myself. Once the movie begins, you will forget you are alone, cause you will be talking to yourself (and commenting) about what you are seeing.
