Apparently the new single is getting a lukewarm response. Some fans maybe dont like the fact that it is over 20 years old and was originally rejected by Michael for his album.

I listened to this last night when they released it on the web.

I'm sorry to say that I don't think this is one of MJ's best work. As we all know, he recorded hundreds of songs and then went through what he thought would be best for a record. TII was just found in an archive and really doesn't have anything to do with the movei.
