Well if you look in the way back machine for this domain you get this

Look at Dec 2004.. the domain comes up www.lookin.co.uk
If you do a who-is on the url ending in .co.uk.. you come up with Ken Cooper in the UK...I then googled that and it came he has a hosting company, so not sure where this fits, or why.
