This Is It Album

Oh you are so lucky to get it this soon. I am jealous because I decided to wait and purchase it in the store. I have no patience so waiting for it to be shipped would have made me crazy (if I'm not already)

I got mine today. Cd 1 is just old things as they were, 2nd one has some Demos someone already posted on youtube and also here today (can't find the thread)...

Quite disappointed.

p.s. do you really think that those demo are recent?

Im not convinced demos are recent i mean they couldn't give us a brand new song instead they give us an old song that michael clearly didnt think was worthy back then never mind now! as this is MJ im sure he has loads out there...its just a case of wait and see!

I believe that the demos were from the '80s, not current -- do the liner notes in the cd say anything about them?

Will tell you about the lines later when back home: I had ripped the cds a couple of hours ago and now I am listening to it on my iPhone.

Yes I believe they are form the 80's. He sings with a really young voice.

I can say I am really disapponted as I hoped that the first CD had some live versions but, saying the truth, we all knew this this was "the music that inspired the movie" and not "the music from the movie"...

I remember that all they said that the cd would include music in the order that it is shown in the film, not that it was "live" recordings.

oh...a friend of mine just told me the album has already been leaked on some p2p networks...

I agree...that's his voice from the 80's. It was much higher pitched.

I'm not sure if I'm going to buy this album or not yet.

I believe that TII song is just a demo not actually on a final cut for recording. Maybe, there'll be more songs to come out because for certain Michael keeps records of all his demo songs.

My question is just like you guys, how in the world did Sony/AEG get hold of the song and have it recorded with Michael being invisible or nowhere to be found.
Some more songs which were supposed to be stolen from his Holmby Homes will be for the future and upcoming financial dramas of Sony/AEG and whoever wants to ride on Michael's fame and artistry, IMO

Sad.... and I also don't think "This is It" is a final product.. because just demos?... It all seems rushed to me... and the fact that some people are disappointed.. he'd never disappoint his fans.

Have you heard his unreleased 'xscape'? on you tube its been leaked! now why on earth did they not use that its really good....it didnt make it to the invincible album but its great and worthy of being out there...
