This Is It - weird Wikipedia description

Hey Guys,

In the course of my daily surfing I came across this on Wikipedia. It has the details of "This Is It" but a couple of things strike me as odd.

First of all it says it is one of TWO forthcoming Michael Jackson movies (ok what is the second one?!) and it also lists Michael Jackson as a director. How can he direct a movie if he is dead?!

well, you know, I think we're almost all at the same point and it's hard to know what's the f***BIP (sorry)going on..

You're right! He hasn't directed a movie. He has simply rehearsed as you said and it is being turned into a movie.

I mean Wikipedia isn't god so it could be wrong. What also strikes me is that Wikipedia can be updated by any member of the public so maybe it's been edited by someone who knows something we don't???

MotherF***king Mindblow .... this making me so exicted & happy & anixous & worried & wondering are we part of the movie ???!!! .. but this does sound very weird for a "Deceased" Man .... I guess the "dead" can make a living in "afterlife".... I am so thinking ... I hope this is not a sick joke ... I am about to lose it .... and I wanna resurance in this fact ... I am still skeptical.....

LOL that was my reaction as well when I found this! Oh so exciting. Looks like a second movie about the hoax may not be so far fetched now!!!!

You're right! He hasn't directed a movie. He has simply rehearsed as you said and it is being turned into a movie.

yes can be edited by anybody...
but we can see all dates and what have been changed by who in the history section...

sony really needs to get that 60 mio dollars of investion back

(and while 90 % go to the jackson family they will have to make 600 million dollars NET earnings with the footage before they earn one single dollar)

remember: titanic generated 1.2 billion dollars GROSS earnings up to date and they will definitely not have had a margin of 50 % with that movie.

I guess they will do it like with the "Lord Of The Rings" trioligy and release it part by part each time before christmas (end of october). so they cash in at the box office and cash in at the dvd market during the year until the next part will be released. and when the second part is released the first part will be sold to tv....

OF COURSE they will split the footage in parts. otherwise they would never get their money back

2) the rehearsal
3) ???

Hi guys, yes wiki can be edited by anyone. I updated dr murrays section and put loads of derogatory stuff about him and a link to forums lmao..needless to say it was deleted later and i was kicked off their site LOL. If you click history tab at top of page it shows you all the people or ip addresses of people who updated it.

This has got me seriously weirded out!

I have been thinking about it all day and apart from what Silence said about AEG wanting to make as much cash of this as possible, the only other possibility I can think of is that it must be a movie about the hoax!

Wait a flippin second!! Who said on here about him returning in 2 years? someone said 3 (Emapthy) but then someone said 2 years he will be back.

going by what Silence said, If the first movie is released this october, thats not quite a yr, but then wait one more year for the 2nd movie and one more year for part 3 and thats about 2 1/2 yrs.....so.......maybe someone is right!!

That was on the other thread about someone overseas saying they had seen Michael. I just finished reading it!

I don't think I can wait that long though Sad

She said that some director person she knows told her Michael had faked his death and would be returning in 2 years. I also noted Empathy's 3 years and this woman's 2 years although the 2 movies idea threw me a bit. Perhaps one of them is Michael's or is that wishful thinking?

Whatever it is....at first (and in general still) I was convinced MJ was still alive, then in the following days, my faith/hope was tested by all the confusing reports/interviews/etc and I started to doubt whether he was still alive. After that, I got new hope and since then the intervals between alive/not alive have been switching at an accelerating pace. I noticed that some days I'ld get up, convinced he's alive, the same day, after reading some posts and such, allmost all my hope was trashed....anyways. it goes to and fro faster and faster. I don't wanna give up hope, but it's getting kinda unbearable. I'm definitely gonna need the weekend to seriously catch up on much needed sleep. But still, if it does turn out to be MJ's biggest show, I will most certainly not blame him for anything. Wink
