Tohme Tohme listed in TII credits as MJ's personal advisor?

I FINALLY saw TII today (loved it!!) and noticed that Tohme was listed in the credits as Michael's personal advisor which makes me really confused as to his role in Michael's life before he died...??

If reports are true, Tohme Tohme helped work the deal with AEG for TII. So if that is true, then that's likely the reason he got a listing in the credits.

Tohme Tohme was fired in May. The deal for the TII concerts was made in well before that. After all, the press conference was at th O2 in March, right? And Tohme Tohme was there at the press conference.
