Dr. Tohme Tohme, who is the former brother-in-law of Randy Phillips, CEO of AEG, the company that was sponsoring Michael's tours.

Good to remind everyone of the relationship between Tohme and Phillips, which we did know. That is questionable, to be sure. But also remember that Tohme is supposed to have been working for MJ when the deal with AEG was made; he is supposed to have helped negotiate everything. So that would also explain why he's in the credits.

I have no idea if this was the reason, prehaps not the whole truth. I think things like money was very much involved. Phillips only cared for money and getting the concert going, although it was very clear that they would not make it to the deadline explaining the postponed dates to 2010. He did not care for Michael's well being just about publicity. Accordning to some that was present at Michael rehearsal there was a tention in the room when Michael and Phillis were there at the same time...
