After credits: MJ laughs or giggles at ud in TII?

Sorry – The headline should have been: 'After credits: MJ laughs or giggles at/with us in TII?' (but I couldn't change it after posted)
Yesterday I watched TII the third time. And of course I stayed till after the credits. And my question concerns the very last clip, which can be said to be MJ's 'trademark': We see his shoes, his white sparkling socks and the moon/stardust/crystals falling of… and he makes his wonderful spin and toe jump, that goes into a kind of a symbol.
But, there is like a lovely 'voiceover' – MJ's well known laugh, when he is amused.
Please tell me: is this laugh/giggle usually joining this 'clip' – or is it constructed for TII?

sorry, I didn't realize that, but I know that when this thing was shown in other videos or short films of him, that there was NEVER a voice-over with MJ giggling or laughing. So I think it was for the movie ( or for us?)
