Michael Jackson -- The Urination Explanation

Finally an explanation as to why Michael Jackson's 1993 accuser could identify the discoloration on the singer's</FONT></FONT> genitals ... Michael liked to pee for an audience.

TMZ has obtained files from the 1993 Santa Barbara molestation investigation. A deputy from the Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department noted the young accuser was able to describe -- in explicit detail -- the discoloration on Jackson's genital area ... the result of Vitiligo, a skin discoloration disorder.

TMZ's Harvey Levin spent 3 hours last Sunday with Dr. Arnold Klein, Jackson's best friend</FONT></FONT>
and doctor for decades. Dr. Klein insists Jackson did not molest the boy, and says the reason he could describe Jackson's genitals is because Jackson liked to pee in front of other people. Dr. Klein said Jackson thought it was funny.

Klein says there were numerous times when Jackson would pee in the doctor's home -- in a cup!!! -- around groups of people, including children.

Klein says Jackson would also pee in front of other people in his office</FONT></FONT>.

Dr. Klein says the 1993 accuser saw Jackson peeing and that's why he could identify the genital markings.

Michael Jackson made a promise to "always support" his dad and if the estate reneges on that promise Joe will take it to court -- this, according to Joe's lawyer.



Attorney Brian Oxman
tells TMZ Michael had repeatedly given Joe, Katherine, and other
members of the family assurance that he would "always support" them ...
even in the afterlife.

Oxman says Jackson -- in effect -- made
a contract on which the family relied. He reiterated -- he's
considering filing a creditor's claim if Joe is cut off financially.

The
estate seems curiously supportive in giving Joe an allowance ... at
least for the time being. But the clock is ticking on creditor's
claims, so Joe may have to file one soon in order to preserve his right
to go after the MJ estate.

MJ never revealed much about himself for so many years. He was very private and reclusive. He wants his fans to know the real MJ. He wants everyone to know he had frailities, insecurities, etc just like the next person. IMHO, I feel that is why Dr. Klein is saying these things that seem so off and as if he's betraying MJ. For so many years MJ was so high that no one could fathom him doing anything that regular folk would do (he had thousands of fans faint when he came on stage). So what he peed in a bucket! Who hasn't peed in something or in some off place. So, what about the skin condition (vitiligo). Who cares if he bleached his skin. Listen, Michael will always be the best Entertainer in the Music Industry to all of us. His personal demons doesn't take anything away from the beautiful, timeless music he created from the depths of his heart all of those years. The memories he gives us when we hear a particular MJ song that takes us back to a time in our past. Let's not forgot the awesome shortfilms (he didn't like the word video). My favorite is Remember the Time. He looked so happy and as though he was having the time of his life surrounded around so many beautiful Black people. IMHO, I think MJ wants the world to know the real Michael. Keep the Faith!

My, my. I wish I had been in the doctors office when he whipped it out and started peeing in a cup. I probably would have given him a hand.

On a serious note (as if I were joking), why didn't the good doc or any of Michael's male associates point out to him that "Michael, you are not 3 anymore. Zip it, zip it, zip it. That could get you into some serious trouble." If there is in fact any truth to it. Sounds a little bit bizarre. In the doctor's office, in front of patients? Michael was very private. I don't see that as being in his character. Oh my! I just had a vision of gold pants. Ahem, anyway.

I can understand him feeling perfectly comfortable and normal in urinating freely in the john at the urinals with other guys, or at his home. Why wouldn't he. Oh right, kid Arvizo. Thats hot. He was always a jokester so maybe he did, cuz he become so used to having to in the limo because of all the crowds that would mob him if he got out. Its not that big of a deal. My brothers friends used to do that, but whats okay for punks and grungy guys is atrocious if its MJ. Mj was a regular guy too. Thats why I think its hot because I like that he wasnt stuck up and he had an offbeat sense of humor. He seems like the kinda person who woud do silly things on a dare. Im like that too so that just makes him so much more endearing.
