MJHD new page

I brought up MJHD to check if it was back and a new page came up called bluehost.com saying there is no website configured at this address. Somethings happening but what? why has the page changed?

In my opinion, I don't think MJHD is gettin put back up. I'm extremely disappointed about this but how can we get it back? I think MJHD was getting to close to the truth and someone couldn't take it....either that or....ehhh lemme shut my mouth!

I said this in the "latest on MJHD" thread,

But my opinion on this is,

they got rid of their servers...
which explains why everyone kept getting "website does not exist"

Then they most likely switch to a new server...
which is why you are now seeing BlueHost
(you usually get the cPanel default page when you JUST bought your new server and are barely setting it back up)

...which probably means...they will come back online with the excuse of

"During our server switch we lost all the data"

OR...they'll prove me wrong and have everything intact and continue forward.

We'll see what happens.

there was a new admin appointed and hes making updates, there was a page saying the forum was going to be down because of it Very Happy

Could it be that the old server could not cope with the traffic and so they have changed the server and are now going to rebuild the site?

Yes it will be very easy for them to say Ooops we lost the database because of the new server bla bla bla

At least there is something happening if anything with this blue thing

ahh, that will explain it, just changing servers... usually gets 24/48 hours to start working again, that is normal.

If you do a dns look-up for the domain the A records and MX records are not pointing anywhere. They could just be in the process of looking for a new webhost?

The only page I get at the site address is "Address not found." I hope they get this straightened out soon.

Does anyone else see the pictures of whoevers brother that is down the left side of the page? It is showing up on all the pages I go to.

BlueHost is just web hosting company. So either they've always been on BlueHost and they don't have anything currently installed for the website (like WordPress, which they had before, or like the phpBB community, which they had yesterday); or, they just switched to BlueHost and haven't yet set anything up. Either way, it would generate an error page about the website.

I already searched yesterday but someone else has the name. When MJHD isn't coming back i want to register a new forum for us. When i need to pay for it, then that's no problem. We need our place, don't we!

Unfortunatly, we need to start "all over". But that's no problem in my opinion. A lot of us still know where we were and what already was discussed,etc. But, first, let's wait what happens with MJHD. Would be nice though that, in case of a new forum, everyone will register with their MJHD names.

Hmmmm that is the weirdest thing! I am using Windows Vista on a laptop but tried my Mac to see if that might be why but it works on there as well. The only other thing I can think of is your security settings if your using Windows but if you got to MJHD in the past then that shouldn't be a problem unless the new server changed the settings. Or maybe if your using Firefox or some other browser. Other than that I am not sure why some can see the page and others can't. MJHD new page Icon_scratch

I use mozilla firefox and I can see the new page of MJHD site. I was in the chat this afternoon but everything came weird about the connection with the site. I can still watch that the chat doesn´t work well . You can see the following message when you try to enter: "We are experiencing a problem connecting to the server". Maybe the answer for that crazy behavior to enter and exit without being able to stay in chat it is the change of the server and the new site of MJHD is coming soon. MJHD new page Icon_eek

I have been using mozilla firefox for a long time and have not had a problem until now. I can't see the page. Chat was fine today when it was up but I can't see the home page. I am still getting address not found.

Guys...some people being able to see the site and some not is easily explained, so let me try for you. There are 2 reasons why you may be seeing the error page (like I am).

1. Your browser is reading the MJHD page from its cache, rather than a current version of the web page. If that is what is happening, you just need to clear your browser's cache (or first try to refresh the page), and it will then show you the most current version of the page. If you do that and you still get an error, then the cache is not the issue (I cleared my cache and it didn't help).

2. Your ISP's cache needs to reset. How often this happens varies with every ISP (Internet Service Provider). For some it happens several times a day. For some it happens once a day, and possibly even less frequently. It just varies. If this is the cause of the error page, then you won't be able to see the current version of the MJHD web page until your ISP's cache is cleared and/or reset.

If some of you are actually seeing a web page rather than an error page, then the likelihood is that option 2 is what is happening. As I said, my browser cache is clear but I am still getting the error page.

I have seen the page's coming soon thing now it has gone for me. I have to reset things etc.

I think this whole thing is a test of fan loyalty.

The end is coming for sure. Perhaps there will be a gift or reward etc If you know what I mean hee hee hee.

I agree as well. I am one that doesn't need any more proof that Michael is alive. I've seen enough to show me that what I feel in my heart is true. Like Banessa I think he is in complete control. After all, it is his life and those of his children.

I have been so disappointed to see MJHD disappear. I’ve been there (not registered though) since mid August and it has helped me a lot in dealing with everything that happened after June 25th. It has kept me going and I really felt bad and angry to see it taken away from us. It’s just unfair, because a lot of people did a lot of great work/thinking, there were so many good things there, ideas, theories. For many of us was a refuge, it felt that way for me for sure. I hope all the data that was there is not lost, that would be a shame.

Coming back to the new MJHD, after looking at the page I can say I understand about the animals and stuff but what I find a bit strange is the part that says “have you seen our forum”. I find that at least strange. Anybody else feel something like this?
